- I have the Hum, a device by hum can be purchased through Hum or through Verizon. I recommend this to anyone especially with the vehicle that's more than 3 years old. it tracks everything about your vehicle and more to include if your check engine light comes on it text you exactly what the issue is and what to fix specifically. The reason I mentioned this is one of the many things included is roadside assistance. Any time I've used the roadside assistance it's been reasonable. However this is the first for Adam's towing and they could not have done better. I would not expect the service that I received consistently from anyone because of the nature of towing business. When you read reviews about this company please take into consideration how subjective towing is by nature. Accident police calls move to the front of the line because they want to clear the roadways, rainy weather will naturally extend timelines etc. Today, I called hum and the tow truck was there with them 10 minutes, my vehicle is at its destination within 30 minutes of my call. The driver placed my vehicle at the destination specifically as I requested, he was dressed in uniform with safety features and was as pleasant as he could be. As you read, you can see that I can say a lot. I can't say enough good things about this experience. Thank you Adam's towing for making my day.- Terry Soles. 5/13/2019

- Just had my beloved 82 Porsche 911 towed from my house to the repair shop. They were actually earlier than expected (a good thing for me) and the driver was very professional and quite capable (very important to me). Also pricing was quite reasonable. - My Range Rover broke down, and a flat bed was available. I was quoted 30 mins wait time and my tow arrived within 15 minutes. My tow driver Howard took care of my truck, loaded it up, took it to the Land Rover Dealership, and put my keys in the dropbox. Great customer service and I had a wonderful experience during a stressful time. I was glad I contacted the right towing company in my time of need.- EV TOWN. 9/24/2018
- My driver was Mr Wells. At 530, my jeep died on the Matthew's bridge east. I called for a tow and was quoted for 645. I left the jeep there because it's 530 in Jacksonville and I wanted to go home. Shortly after getting home I received a call from Mr. Wells saying he was with the vehicle and asked if I had walked to a store or somewhere. I told him no and thanked him for that courtesy call as that isn't something most drivers would do. At 640, he showed up to drop the jeep off, 5 minutes before the quoted time to show up at the vehicle.- Ty English. 6/25/2018
- I have never had anything but good experiences with Adams towing. Anytime I need a tow I have always been quoted the correct wait time and price - I have never had any questions. They have always followed every law and regulation and have always been polite in doing so. I have used this company over 10 times in the past year and I feel the other reviews are unfounded. - Jeremy was there in a flash. As soon as I got setup with these guys they were on the way immediately. They quoted me 45 minutes. They were there in 15 minutes. I actually was picked up and dropped off at the dealership app before the quoted pickup time.- Tamoya Siel. 8/1/2017
- Seems good a company as any, and I would call them again if needed. Their customer service is great. Some lady named Nay made me laugh after I called up and demanded to know where my tow was. She ask me "and you're being a bully and being rough with me for what reason?" And just then the tow pulled up so I was feeling like a bonehead twice, ha ha. - These guys are great! Broke down while driving through town. All My stuff in the car. Picked me up took my car and trailer to the lot for the night. In the morning helped me find a mechanic to get back on the road on a Saturday! Not that anyone likes to get towed, but an honest tow truck driver is hard to find. And these are new owners.
